Warranty Info:

iler Brands warrants to the original consumer purchaser of any iler Brands product it manufactures that the product will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for 60 days (unless specified in alternate warranties) from the date of purchase. If defective, and purchased from a retail store, return the product along with receipt to the retail store where the product was purchased. If the item was purchased from GameDay Scoreboards, return the product along with proof of the date of purchase (i.e. the packing slip), postage prepaid to the address below for replacement consideration:

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from being left out in the rain or cold weather, accident, misuse, abuse or lost merchandise. Only valid in the USA. You are responsible for paying all shipping and handling charges related to your online purchases.

Restrictions on Shipping

We currently ship orders placed on to addresses within the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. We CANNOT ship to a P.O. Box. At this time, our online store only offers standard shipping. You should receive your order in 5-7 business days.

Returning an Item

If you are not satisfied with a purchase made on, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges. The item must be returned in good condition in its original box with all parts, accessories and paperwork to ensure credit.

To make a return, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Pack the item securely in a box. You may use either the original box that the item arrived in or another box.
  2. Enclose original packing slip with the item. On the slip, please write the reason for return and phone number where you can best be reached. If you are not able to send the original slip, please include your order number, billing name and address with the item.
  3. Send the return package to:

  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return item back to us. We recommend using a traceable, insured shipping service for your return as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • You will be refunded in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the item.
  • If an item arrives incorrectly, damaged or defective, please send an email to within 7 business days of delivery so that we can correct the error.
  • Gift returns will be refunded to the original purchaser.
  • Items purchased from cannot be returned to a land-based store.

Changing or Canceling an Order

If you wish to cancel or change an order once it has been submitted, you must contact Customer Service at within 24 hours of submission. We are not able to change or cancel orders that have already been shipped.
